How does it work?
All you have to do
is buy your next house using RSVP Real Estate as your buyer agent, and
we will sell your current house or condo for free (0% Listing Office
commission). You can purchase any house regardless of whether it
is Listed by the Northwest Multiple List Service (NWMLS), a new
construction, or a For Sale by Owner. The only requirement is
that you use RSVP Real Estate as your buyer agent on your purchase of
your new house.
How can RSVP sell your house or condo for free?
Actually, the answer is so
simple, we wondered why no one thought of it sooner. When you purchase
your next house, the seller of that property is going to pay RSVP Real
Estate a selling office commission. The commission (usually 2½ or
3%) is paid by the seller of the house you purchase, which compensates
us for handling your purchase as well as the sale of your current
house. In essence, the seller of the house you purchase is paying
the Listing fee for the house you are selling. It is a classic
win/win scenario.
Is the quality of service reduced?
Absolutely not! As a matter
of fact, the level of professional representation you receive is
greatly enhanced. In February of 2007, RSVP Real Estate was named one
of the Top 25 residential real estate companies in the Puget Sound area

are working directly with a broker versus an agent. Both Andy and Steve
